CORPORATE / TEAM BUILDING
Arrangements for Group Rock Climbing or Teambuilding Adventure Days
Front Range Mountain Guides will provide all the necessary equipment, instruction, guides and instructors for these adventures. These courses are held in Boulder Canyon or the Flatirons directly outside of Boulder, Colorado. We meet your group at a predetermined area which will already be set up and ready to go, so your group starts as soon as they arrive.
We can arrange to have their lunch catered for an additional $8.00 per person.
Generally, a rock climbing day starts at 8 am and runs until 3:45 pm. A half day starts at 8 am and runs until 12:00 noon but we can be flexible on the start and finish times to suit your needs.
We can provide transportation at an extra charge of $15 per person.
We bring out extra water in large coolers for the group, and provide you with a list of what clothing is recommended for the day.
In addition, we will provide specific instruction on proper clothing, directions to the meeting area, and any support that is needed the day of the program.
Cost: The cost of either the Rock Climbing Day, or the Teambuilding Day is based on the following scale:
| Rock climbing Day | ½ Day Rock Climbing | Teambuilding Day | |
| 5-8 participants: | $105 each | $70 each | $105 each |
| 9-15 participants: | $80 each | $65 each | $85 each |
| 16-25 participants: | $75 each | $55 each | $75 each |
| 26-30 participants: | $70 each | $45 each | $70 each |
To set up a date for a course, a deposit will be required, based on the number of participants. The deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is based on the following scale;
| Group size | Deposit |
| Groups of 5-8 | $250 deposit required |
| Groups of 9-15 | $350 deposit required |
| Groups of 16-25 | $400 deposit required |
| Groups of 26-30 | $500 deposit required |
| Groups of 31 + | $500 deposit required |
The deposit should be sent at least four weeks prior to the date of the course if possible. We need time to coordinate our staffing for larger groups. We get very busy in the summer, so if you have a specific date in the summer that you want held, you should consider booking the course in the Spring to assure that the specific date you need is available and held for your group.
The balance should be paid the day of the course with a cashier's check . We can accept payment no later than 30 days from the date the group participates. In the event of a late payment, a 10% late charge is required.
